Huxtable Farm Conditions of Booking.

PROVISIONAL BOOKING REQUEST

To make a provisional booking please telephone/email to check availability and provisionally book your accommodation.

Please note minimum three night bookings for July, August & Bank Holidays
Dinner - please telephone the day before arrival to find out availability of a meal on arrival day (Dinner is not served during July & August). For subsequent nights, evening meals can be booked at breakfast for that evening. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements.
Check In; Rooms are available from 3pm, please advise us if you intend to arrive after 6pm or if you wish to check in before 3pm. Check Out; You are requested to vacate your room by 10.30am

TO CONFIRM

A confirmation deposit of £25 per person is required within two weeks of booking. If no deposit is received within 14 days of making the booking we will cancel the reservation.
Either confirm over the telephone using your credit card or please print off the booking form, complete and send to 'Huxtable Farm, West Buckland, Barnstaple, Devon EX32 0SR' with a Cheque made payable to HUXTABLE FARM.
A confirmation letter or e-mail will be sent to you together with details of holiday cancellation insurance (for UK residents only)

CANCELLATIONS

To avoid any misunderstanding we would remind you that a verbal or written reservation constitutes a legal contract.
In the event of a cancellation, both parties should endeavour to re-let the accommodation. Should neither party succeed, then the person making the reservation is legally liable to pay two thirds of the total value of the booking. We highly recommend that you obtain a holiday cancellation insurance - please ask for policy details.
